Request Report

If you need a report from the Hernando Police Department, you can call 662-429-9096 or email information to apumphrey@hernandopolice.org

Information needed to locate a report is as follows:

1.  Report Number
2. Date of Occurance
3.  What type of report  (arrest reports and juvenile reports will not be released).
4.  If it is a Motor Vehicle Crash Report, give at least one of the Driver's name.
5.  Location of Report

There is a fee for this report, so it can not be mailed.  You can call or email the request and it will be pulled prior to your arrival at the police department to quicken the process.
